Exchange

We give you a hassle free exchange policy - if you receive your product and are not happy with the material, fit, size, colour etc , we will gladly exchange the item within 30 days, provided that the item is not worn, damaged, and in resalable condition.

Faulty Stock

In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact our friendly staff at sales@stockedonline.com.au and outline that you're reporting a FAULTY item in the subject of your email. We will need the following details from you in order to proceed with replacing your faulty item:

  • Your Order ID
  • Pictures & description of the fault
  • Your contact information

Please note that we will not replace any items that appear to have been worn, washed or tampered with. The item must be in resalable condition.
