Returns and Exchanges
We give you a hassle free exchange policy - if you receive your product and are not happy with the material, fit, size, colour etc , we will gladly replace the item within 30 days, provided that the item is not worn, damaged, and in resalable condition. We will even cover the postage for exchanges, and up to $10 of the postage for returns (Australia wide). We don't want you to hesitate to order. (excludes underwear, socks and supplements)
In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact our friendly staff at email@example.com and outline that you're reporting a FAULTY item in the subject of your email. We will need the following details from you in order to proceed with replacing your faulty item:
- Your Order ID
- Pictures & description of the fault
- Your contact information
Please note that we will not replace any items that appear to have been worn, washed or tampered with. The item must be in resalable condition.
